Missing man found in morgue

Four days after he went missing, the family found his ice-cold body in the morgue, listed as unknown. He had died of a very severe hostile attack.

PALM RIDGE – A 30-year-old man of Thames street went missing on Tuesday October 29.

The following day the family started to search for him, enquiring at various police stations and the hospital but the search was unsuccessful.

It is alleged by a family member that the family was informed by a security officer at the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court that a mob-justice situation occurred on Tuesday when two men grabbed a cellphone from someone.

One man escaped but the other one was viciously and brutally assaulted by a big crowd. The victim was rushed to the hospital after the fire department staff stopped the mob attack.

The 30-year-old was buried on Saturday November 9 and his partner is still missing at the time of printing.
