KNRA Annual Spring Walk

Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve Association will be holding its Annual Spring Walk at 08:00 on Sunday October 13.

The walk will start from Silent Pool, Frandaph Drive, Mondeor and as is usually the case at these walks, expert guides
will be on hand to share their knowledge with walkers. The subjects that will be covered by the experts will include heritage, plants, ecology, geology and archeology.
As the title of the walk suggests it is spring and the reserve is looking particularly good, with a variety of wild plants flowering, trees that
are beginning to show new growth and the animals looking in peak condition. An experience not to be missed and everyone is welcome!
Walkers should not forget to bring a hat, wear sensible shoes and bring water to drink. After the walk fires will be available for those who want to “bring and braai.” Cost for the walk is R20 per person. For further information call Tony 082 4546114.
