Say no to drugs and yes to a bright future

Teenagers are encouraged to live clean lives, free from drug abuse.

On Saturday August 10 members from the Alberton community joined the Phumula community for the promotion of the awareness campaign; Say “NO” to drugs.

There is a notable increase in children and adolescents that are using drugs; in recognizing this, parents and family members within the community stood together and handed out over 500 pamphlets, informing people of the possible signs of drug taking and the consequences relating to substance abuse.

Working together for a drug free community. The community is planning more awareness campaigns in the near future; should anyone like to be involved please contact Alberton Victim Support 083 923 1967.
