Tap Tag means a win for everyone

Shoppers can now enjoy the Alberton City Shopping Centre’s warm sense of familiarity while being rewarded for their ongoing loyalty and support.

ALBERTON City Shopping Centre is offering customers an exciting loyalty initiative. Described as a “journey filled with real moments”, the Tap Tag Loyalty Programme will empower shoppers to make the most of their visits to the centre by using a tap tag every time they shop.

To enter, shoppers have to sign up at the centre’s Info Kiosk and claim their tap tag with their individual member number. Tap Tag members use tags (a small hexagon-shaped device with a key ring attached, which they can easily carry around) to record visits and enter competitions. This will allow members the chance to win amazing prizes, receive special discounts, or qualify for free gifts.

“Our main objective is to create a programme that will make our shoppers feel valued and rewarded, while enabling them to get the most out of their shopping experience,” says centre manager Pierre Hugo.

The Tap Tag Loyalty Programme commenced in October 2015 and gained momentum during Alberton City’s Festive Loyalty Campaign. The campaign will continue to reward loyal shoppers with fantastic offers and competitions throughout 2016 and beyond.

This campaign was launched with a win-a-car competition in which a Tata Indica worth R115 000 could be won. In addition, monthly prizes to the value of R100 000, such as flat screen televisions, iPads, cameras, furniture, groceries and airtime, will be up for grabs.

Thanks to the Tap Tag Loyalty Programme, shoppers can now enjoy the Alberton City Shopping Centre’s warm sense of familiarity while being rewarded for their ongoing loyalty and support.
