Proteas T20 hold cricket family day

RAM hosted a cricket coaching fun day with the Proteas T20 International squad at SuperSport Park on Saturday, February 20.

Many enthusiastic youngsters met their heroes through the RAM Cricket Family Day at SuperSport Park in Centurion. More than 300 boys and girls aged six to 13 participated in a cricket-centred day which included a wide range of cricketing fun – batting, bowling, agility and fielding sessions, as well as chat sessions with several players.

With the children being treated to shirts, caps, refreshments and lunch, whilst the parents enjoyed their Saturday afternoon on the sunny Centurion embankments, the day finally drew to a close with a signing session. There’s no doubt that this day will remain forever embedded in the minds of tomorrow’s superstars as they walked away smiling and clutching their signed memorabilia, knowing that they played with the Proteas.
