Tips to feel good when you feeling beat

Do not let problems take over your life. Do your best to be happy even if it is just for a moment.

FEELING good is easy when one has a couple of good things going on in one’s life especially when compared to those days when problems are rife. Unfortunately people are not always in control of everything that changes their mood for the day. Some days one wakes up feeling low and at the end of the day feel all excited, wake up feeling joyful the following morning, only going to sleep feeling angered, betrayed, disappointed or heartbroken.

Try these tips to feel good:

Sing – No matter how horrible your voice is, deep down everybody gets a great deal of joy from singing their favourite songs even when they mess up the lyrics, especially in the comfort of their vehicles. Sing along and smile.

Dance – It is human nature to start moving to the beat simply because people love to dance. Get rid of your stress and when you get home, dancing to “that song” will always get the best out of you – go ahead and rock your moves to your favourite song.

Exercise – And the best of this is that you do not need to go to the gym. Get yourself an exercise guide or DVD and start your daily work-out routine in the comfort of your own home. People who exercise regularly handle stress better.
