REMAX Allstars reach out to community organisations

REMAX Allstars agents delivered cheques to needy Alberton organisations of their choice on Tuesday, October 20.

ALBERTON- REMAX Allstars agents delivered cheques to needy Alberton organisations of their choice on Tuesday, October 20. Organisations who received donations include Broken Wings, Lerato Children’s Home in Meyerton, Reach for a Dream, Loved Ones of God in Benoni, AMCARE, Stepping Stones Hospice and the Alberton and Germiston SPCAs.

Most of the REMAX Allstars agents in Alberton donate 0.75 percent of their commission to the REMAX Charity Foundation every year. The foundation donates 30 percent of these funds to the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital in Cape Town and REMAX Allstars donate the remaining 70 percent to charities of their choice.

In 2014 REMAX Allstars received the award for the agency that made the largest contribution to the REMAX Charity Foundation.

REMAX National recently used the fund to build a parent wing at the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital. “We want the community to know that we give back, it’s not all about taking. Our agents care about the communities they work in,” says REMAX Allstars owner, Martin de Necker.
