ALBERTON – Mrs South Africa finalist , Lisinda Thomas, put her skills to work in aid of the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) on Saturday, August 29, with a glamorous Gatsby themed fundraiser at Domino Danté.
The function was well attended by Alberton residents who all dressed in their finest 1920’s garb.
REGISTRATION: Cheryl Simons made sure that guests’ names were recorded in the guest registry.

ORGANISED: Mother and daughter team Nicole and Charmaine Sauls worked hard to prepare a flawless afternoon.

DRESSED TO THE NINES: Gillian Bowker assisted Lisinda Thomas with her hair and was dressed perfectly to fit the glamorous Gatsby theme.
WELCOMING COMMITTEE: Dominique Waters welcomed guests as they arrived at Domino Danté for the CANSA fundraiser.
FLAPPER GIRLS: Nasreen Cason, Clarissa Brown, Cherne Langeveldt, Louise Matthews, Kauthar Abdullah, Carmen Lakey, Dané Sauls, Michelle Williams and Shanice Freemantle were decked out in flapper attire to raise funds for CANSA.
The fundraiser was tightly packed with entertainment as Gail Constance performed a song before the keynote address by Pastor Zoe Harris. A fashion show featuring designs by Joseph Ribkoff and a prize giveaway rounded off the stylish afternoon .
