The next Mrs SA to be crowned

Mrs South Africa finalists are beautiful ladies, wives, mothers and business women, all-rounders who embrace womanhood and marriage.

MRS SOUTH Africa Finalists from across the country were welcomed in Paarl recently by the management and staff at the 5-star Grande Roche Hotel, who opened their doors to the finalists for the first-ever Mrs South Africa Lifestyle Challenge to be held in Cape Town.

Mrs South Africa 2015 will be crowned on August 8 at Emperors Palace in Johannesburg. It promises to be a spectacular event, showcasing the best of South African design talent. The Muses and the Johannesburg Ballet will be involved in the show, which will be presented by Ursula Chikane of Top Billing fame.

Mrs South Africa finalists are beautiful ladies, wives, mothers and business women, all-rounders who embrace womanhood and marriage. They acknowledge that success is not measured by perfection. They are real, bona fide women who love to laugh and have fun, they strive to make the world around them a better place, each one with a passion greater than themselves, and the belief that positive change starts with the individual ā€“ with them!

The three-day event consisted of glamorous, tough and homely challenges. The challenges were formulated with Mrs South Africa in mind, someone who is an all-rounder who will need to look sophisticated and fabulous in public, while at home she is a wife, sometimes a mother, often a business woman. The judges are looking for a woman who can do it all.

To give the finalists a taste of what it is like to be Mrs South Africa, they participated in fashion shoots with Miss Me Jeans, Honey Accessories and Jewellery and Fleaq Fashion, who recently launched at New York Fashion Week.

Tosca Hair and Beauty and Veaudry, together with the MUD make-up team, ensured the ladies looked picture perfect. Caribbean Tan owned the swimwear shoot, ensuring the ladies were bronzed and beach-ready in the winter sun. Life was celebrated on Saturday night at the Celebrate Life Ball, which was held at Val De Vie estate in aid of the Out of Africa Childrenā€™s Foundation. A strenuous fitness challenge with Slimz and fun cooking challenge ensured all bases were covered in the quest to identify the next Mrs South Africa.

Tickets for the event are available from Computicket.
