Chairman of EBA steps down
Ekurhuleni Business Association Chairman says goodbye
DURING the monthly meeting of the Executive Committee of the Ekurhuleni Business Association (EBA) held in May, Mr Attie Kolver announced that he is stepping down with immediate effect as Chairman of the Association in the fourth year of his second term as Chairman over the last 13 years with the Association.
Mr Willi Riedl, current Vice Chairman, was elected to complete Attie’s term of office up to May 2015, and Mr Ramatiyane Seepe was elected Vice Chairman for the remainder of the term.
Attie will remain in office as “Immediate Past Chairman” in support of the committee and to complete projects which had started under his Chairmanship. Willi is currently the President of the Greater Boksburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GBCCI), Ramatiyane is the Chairman of the East Rand Industrialist’s Association (ERIN) and Attie is the Administrator of the East Rand Industrialist’s Association.
The EBA remains committed to represent its members as the “Voice of Business” with the Municipality, and will continue to serve Commerce and Industry to the best of its ability.
