New Redruth dance studio hosts year-end function
There is a lot to be grateful for after so much hard work and sacrifice put in by Diamond Dance Academy founder Lynn Botha.
As Christmas season fast approaches and with lots of sweat and tears, Diamond Dance Academy was thrilled to host its year-end Christmas function at Bracken Park Community Hall on October 29.
It was a blissful day as the New Redruth dance studio celebrated the day which saw great attendance from friends of the dance studio.
To celebrate the day, both young and old dancers took turns in presenting stunning performances from contemporary to several other dance genres.
Lynn Botha said: “We actually almost lost the studio, but fortunately everyone pulled together and after sleepless nights we managed to pull it off and saved the studio. We survived and managed to double our studio and the outcome is amazing.”
She said her aim is to get as many children as possible into dancing and make their lives better.
There was also prize giving on the day and the astounding dancers were presented with certificates and medals.
