St Declan’s school for Boys Brother Project
It was part of St Declan’s theme for the 2022 academic year.
At the beginning of the academic year the principal of St Declan’s School for Boys, Mr Bwalya introduced all the boys to the school theme Let the adventure begin, and to the Big Brother-Little Brother Project.
What is the project?
“This is a new and exciting expedition where we have had the senior big boys join forces with our junior boys to learn, explore, inspire and accomplish something new and exciting and it has been amazing,” said Bwalya.
The school has mini and biggie explorers playing marbles with them joining forces and learning about strange new painting techniques.
“By far the most unforgettable and noteworthy expeditions have been the indescribable privilege of being able to witness the formation of formidable friendships and the boundless building of the esteemed St. Declan’s brotherhood.
“It’s a friendship that gives you the confidence to overcome a tiresome and sometimes troublesome week and shows you a speck of sunlight through what can feel like a very heavy storm.
“It’s a built-in brother who will have your back and give you the courage to tackle your fears head-on because they’ll always be there for you.”
