Uncle Baboo and Crew humbled by great reception at Thuli House

Thuli House for mentally and physically challenged males in Orange Farm hosted Uncle Baboo and Crew.

On July 2, Uncle Baboo and Crew collaborated with Clr Rashida Landis to visit Thuli House, for mentally and physically challenged males, in Orange Farm.

They prepared dhal and mutton akhni. This was packaged into individual serving portions and served to the residents.

Uncle Baboo said they distributed cold drinks, bread as well as blankets.

“The joy they expressed brought tears to our eyes. They were extremely grateful and jumped for joy at receiving the blankets. This moment truly touched our hearts. We were humbled and won’t forget this moment for a long time.

“A special thank you to everyone who assisted and contributed to our Winter Drive,” he said.
