The South welcomes SA Home Loans

SA Home Loans opens new South branch.

OAKDENE- Potential home owners needing assistance in securing a loan at a SA Home Loans branch closer to home can now expect to see Oakdene listed in the ‘find a branch’ option on the website.

Comaro Crossing Shopping Centre is the new home of South Africaā€™s home finance provider. The branch is situated on the second floor at Comaro Crossing.

Their official big launch took place on April 4 at their new branch, where they were joined by a number of property guru’s such as Seef, Century 21, Harcourts and others, although their doors have been open for business since February 3.

Regional Manager Johannesburg South Craig Gilchrist explained, ā€œMany companies claim to offer good service, but we strive to walk the talk with our amazing service ethic. What does this mean to our clients? Weā€™re the fastest. We will come back with an offer before anyone else. We stay in regular contact with our clients, always letting them know where in the process their application is. We take personal ownership of each application, understanding and motivating each one. Every home loan application is considered on its own merits and assessed by an expert credit analyst ā€“ not simply fed into a computer.ā€

He also added that their best adverts were their existing clients, who consistently speak about their service from personal experience. ā€œWeā€™re proud to have been placed first in the Independent Newspapers Your Choice ā€œBest in Home Loansā€ Award every year since 2003.ā€

What makes SA Home Loans different is that they take the time to find out what clientā€™s needs are, they don’t wait for a client to come to them but they go to the client, and they also take the hassle out of mortgage finance.

Areas that SA Home Loans is offering services include Alberton through to Soweto, Glenvista, Mondeor, Mulbarton, Winchester Hills, Bassonia, Kibler Park, Birch Acres, Birchleigh, Birchleigh North, Brackendowns, Brackenhurst, Crown Gardens, Gillview, Glenanda, Linmeyer, Leondale, Meyersdal, Meyersdal Estate, Meyerton Park, Meyerton, Ormonde, Protea Glen, Southgate, Southdale, Turffontein and Rosettenville.

Good food, refreshments and entertainment flowed as agents networked and had a good time, juggling work and play like professionals. Goodie bags were also given to attendees.
