“I hope this won’t be the first and the last of these type of events we’ll host here,” Ki-ki added.
DURING September all six Life Grand Cafés, including Mall of the South, who was celebrating its third birthday, had drop boxes in-store collecting baby goods for Door of Hope.
Ki-ki Esmany, general manager of Life Grand Café, said she was thrilled to host this event on Sunday, September 23.
“The day and evening were full of great entertainment with DJ’s, Kambas, Mr Anderson, Shimza, Caiiro and Vittoto performing.
“I’d like to thank all the sponsors, including VW Motors, Kaya FM, Sopranos, Jack Daniels and SAB all coming together to support this day, as well as creating awareness for Door of Hope. Ten per cent of the proceeds from the day were also donated to Door of Hope.
“I hope this won’t be the first and the last of these type of events we’ll host here,” Ki-ki added.
