Driven by the love of Jesus

She merely wants to live her life as a servant of the Lord and do what He created her to do.

CO-FOUNDER and board member of the i4118 Foundation, Robyn Stephens is also a Sunday school teacher with a passion to help, educate and empower children at risk.

Robyn (37) is unmarried and has no children of her own, but as a Sunday school teacher she lives out her passion.

Jesus Christ is what drives Robyn to realise her full potential and be successful in life. She is happy to be a co-founder of the foundation and knows that it’s a very special initiative.

“It’s amazing,” she said. “It’s filling a hole of despair in society – a major one. i4118 has helped us to step into that hole and help children who are stuck in it. It did not turn a blind eye. Best of all – it is driven by the love of Jesus.”

Robyn has a soft spot for children, especially those at risk. She wants to see them become great and realise that they can be anything they want to be. She wants children to know that they can shape their own futures and do not have to be a product of their unfortunate upbringing.

She does not care about being remembered by society when she is gone one day. She merely wants to live her life as a servant of the Lord and do what He created her to do.

Her life has changed significantly since being a part of i4118. She explained: “It opened a whole new avenue for me. I finally see what people really go through. I can never be judgmental, impatient, intolerant or unkind to anyone again. I just accept people as they are, because each person has their own story.”
