Residents discouraged from giving gifts to Waste Management Service employees

The Ekurhuleni Metro urges residents not to provide gifts to the employees.

Residents are urged not to give gifts to the employees of Waste Management Services Department when they collect refuse from households, as this negatively affects the rendering of the services.

Should employees harass residents for gifts, residents are urged to get the employees’ names or/and vehicle registration number. These details can be given to the Divisional Head of Waste Management Operations Shirleigh Strydom on 061 432 5378.
