Alberton Cricket Club secures new co-sponsor
This sponsorship will see the FWA brand emblazoned on the official playing kits sponsored by Konica Minolta Johannesburg
ALBERTON – The Alberton Cricket Club has secured Francois Wiese and Associates as their co-sponsor for the new season. Konica Minolta Johannesburg (Paul Symons) is still the club’s clothing sponsors.
This sponsorship will see the FWA brand emblazoned on the official playing kits sponsored by Konica Minolta Johannesburg. At the sponsorship announcement Francois Wiese revealed to the RECORD his reasons for the sponsorship.
Wiese, whose business is involved in private and insurance claims assessment investigations, told the RECORD that he wanted to give something back to the club as appreciation for some of his best years spent at the club as a cricketer. Francois Wiese mostly played for the Saturday second side and ended his career after the 2003-2004 seasons.
