Vandalism is seen everywhere

You can see vandalism around town.

WHEN DRIVING around the Alberton area motorists come across a number of vandalised boards, buildings and street poles.

Some stick advertising on it, others try their hand at graffiti.

Examples of this can be found on information signboards in Grey Avenue, Second Avenue, Vaal Street and on the corner of Eekhoring and Strydpoort streets.

According to residents, the people who paint or draw these things on the poles and boards should be arrested. “They are making our town look ugly,” residents said.

EMM was contacted for comment but none was received at the time of going to press.
