Alberton City hosts a fashion show
Together with the fashion show, the International Model of the Year semi-finals took place.
ALBERTON City shopping centre and Figures Model Finesse Alberton recently held a fashion show to advertise the centre’s clothing and accessories.
The show took place on Saturday, May 20 and several stores participated, namely: Contempo, Jet, Milady’s, Markham’s, John Craig, Chanson, Paul James and Sneakers Edition.
Together with the fashion show, the International Model of the Year semi-finals took place, seeing 21 finalists chosen to represent the Alberton branch at the finals, the winner of which will walk away with a sponsored trip to the IMTA (International Modeling and Talent Association) in New York in July this year.
“A very big ‘thank you’ goes to Alberton City shopping centre for hosting this wonderful competition and to all the stores that participated in the fashion show,” said Emma Griffin-Coetzer from Figures.
