Results were as follows:
Premier league: Alberton vs Old Edwardians at Alberton (Lindeque Oval Alberton).
Alberton first innings 221/8 and Old Edwardians 158/8. No second innings; match drawn. Best batsman was Clinton Groenewald with 45 runs, best bowler Kevin Chitungo with two wickets in 10 overs.
President league: Did not play, due to wet pitch.
Sunday, second league: Alberton vs NWU at Alberton (Alberton High).
Alberton first innings 209/10 and NWU 256/10. No second innings. Alberton lost first innings. Best batsman was Matthew van Dyk with 85 runs and best bowler was Leon Verwey with three wickets in six overs.
President League will play Old Parktonians this Sunday (February 28) at the club starting at 09:15 until 18:30.
