Tee off for gymnasts

EIGHT talented gymnasts from the Alberton Gymnastics Club need all the help they can get to attend the DOGC Inaugural International Gymnastic Competition in Dubai in March.

A golf day is being held to raise funds and all golfers are invited to join them and enjoy a fun golf day on Tuesday, February 23, at the Reading Country Club.

Competition format is a Better Ball Stableford with a shotgun start at 12:00.

The club is also appealing to companies and individuals for sponsorships. Sponsor a tee, enter a four-ball or make a donation towards this worthy cause. The putting green, 10th tee and chipping green can be sponsored at R2 500 and any of the other tees at R2 000. Cost per four-ball is R2 000 which includes the prize-giving and snacks afterwards.
