ALBERTON – AON Insurance Company answered the AMCARE Centre of Hope, Faith and Love’s call for assistance by delivering 400 food parcels to them on Monday, July 20.

According to Lloyd Prince from AON, the AON staff spent their 67 minutes on Mandela Day packing the food parcels and ensuring that the donation was ready for delivery.

AON South Africa is a leading provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human capital and management consulting, and specialises in insurance underwriting. AON employs over 1500 people on the African continent and more than 900 professionals in its 15 offices across South Africa. The company’s head office is in Sandton.

Nedbank, from West Street in Sandton, also paid AMCARE a visit. Over the past months Nedbank has become more involved with the AMCARE.

As part of their 67 Mandela Minutes, Nedbank visited the centre and treated the women and children, currently in the victim empowerment program, to a delightful and fun filled party.
