Alrode load shedding schedule
Alrode has been divided into three different areas for the purpose of the temporary load shedding schedule.
ALBERTON – B10 includes Dan Jacobs Street, Arnold Street and Potgieter Street.
B20 includes Chris Street and Diens Street.
B30 is Clark Street and Fuchs Street.
These areas will be affected by load shedding in a four-hour cycle. B10 will be off from 06:00 to 10:00 daily as well as from 18:00 to 22:00 daily.
B20 will be without electricity from 10:00 to 14:00 daily and again at 22:00 to 02:00.
B30 is scheduled to be off from 14:00 to 18:00 and again from 02:00 to 06:00.
This is over and above normal load shedding that is implemented by Eskom, the above load shedding will be implemented by the EMM until substation Z2 and Z7 have been repaired.
