IMTA contestants off to the Big Apple
The IMTA Convention is taking place in July, and two members of the Alberton branch of Figures Models SA will be attending the prestigious convention.
ALBERTON – The two models, Tieghan Griffen-Coetzer (11) and Nadine Nolte (16), will represent Alberton in New York.
Nationwide, there will be about 70 contestants taking part in this globally recognised and prestigious event. More than 7 000 contestants will take part in at least five competitions and various workshops over a period of one week.
“The two young ladies are extremely excited, but have confessed to being a bit nervous, which is perfectly understandable. They have both done extremely well in their various age and height groups, and we wish them all the best for their upcoming international competition. Knock them off their feet ladies, show New York that South Africa is proud of their youth, talent and models,” Emma Griffen said.
