A man was stabbed to death on April 30 at Alberton North’s informal settlement, Funny Farm.
Alberton SAPS has since started a manhunt for the alleged killer, who is still at large.
Officers who attended to the scene reported that they upon arrival found a man in a pool of blood.
According to Capt Manare Ramotshela of Alberton SAPS, the deceased was certified dead by paramedics who attended the scene. “All role players were informed and the deceased taken to Germiston government mortuary.
“The police would like our community to assist us with information to bring the suspect to book,” he said.
