Police have confirmed they believe there are two suspects involved in the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Johan Reed, in the parking lot in Meyersdal.
The victim reportedly left the Virgin Active Gym and walked to his car.

The suspect then reportedly attacked him in the vehicle firing several shots that proved fatal for the victim. The identity of the suspects are not currently known to police.
SAPS says the reason for the attack is not yet clear, but a murder docket will be opened to investigate the matter further.
The RECORD spoke to Luca Charalambous from News Café who explained the victim was not a patron at News Café.
First reports may have lead people to believe the victim was coming from News Café.
The funeral of Johan Reed (34) will take place on October 25 at the NG Kerk Verwoerdpark on Glen Drive. The funeral will start at 11 am.
