READING is important and essential in improving communication and a great way to broaden your general knowledge. The RECORD took to the streets to ask Albertonians about the importance of reading.
ZAKES MTIMANA: “I am a reader and for knowledge, I rely on newspapers and magazines to stay up to date.”
PHIWE MABASO: “I’m not much of a reader. I usually scan content although I spend most of my time browsing online content.”
BAKHONA NTIWANE: “Reading opens your mind and fixes your vocabulary, something a TV cannot provide. I am a believer that reading and researching are inseparable.”
MARTIE BOTHA: “I have always been a reader and I believe that reading gives you knowledge. I encourage people to read more.”
