New water reservoir concern residents of Palm Ridge

I would like to invite the Mayor to come out to Palm Ridge and inspect the new reservoir.

I am writing this letter about the new reservoir being built in Palm Ridge.

With reference to the above and the mayor’s State of the City speech, on page 7 of his address, the mayor indicated that three new reservoirs were built providing a combined capacity of 55 megalitres.

I would like to invite the mayor to come out to Palm Ridge and inspect the new reservoir.

The residents of Palm Ridge formal and the extensions are facing big issues regarding water supply in the area.

Either there is no water or the pressure is very low. For over a year no work has been done on the reservoir.

It is two years since the contractor dug up the road and the road was never fixed.

It’s amazing how the mayor can brag about what Ekurhuleni has achieved regarding the reservoirs. How many other problems regarding service delivery that residents face in Palm Ridge and the extensions are not addressed?

We the residents of Palm Ridge have had enough with all these false promises.
