FOX Security Reaction’s team responded to a call of a suspicious Silver Toyota that is standing in Amfibool street, Randhart this afternoon, November, 20.
More information was given by a member of the public stating that they tried to open a gate in the street. When Fox Reaction units approached the vehicle they fled to Poets Avenue’s direction.
Back up was called and Fox Tactical Team intercepted the vehicle in Swartkoppies Road. When they joined the R59 freeway, the suspects opened fire on Fox tactical team. Another Fox tactical member was already on the R59 when he joined the chase.
During the chase, the suspect kept firing at Fox tactical team whilst the team returned fire.
The suspects vehicle lost control in Lambton, Germiston, when Fox tactical team opened fire on the suspects wounding and apprehending two suspects.
One Unlicensed firearm was also recovered on the scene as well as the vehicle with all the stolen property from the house that was robbed.
