Don’t let concerns of saying the wrong thing keep you from reaching out to family and friends.

If you are dealing with trauma and suicidal thoughts reach out to a support group, such as the Alberton Victim Support Unit where you can speak to Tammy du Plooy who can be reached on 082 371 7053. The Mondeor Victim Support Unit can be reached on 076 152 9705.
