Stepping Stone Hospice & Care Services in Alberton receives donations

“This is not the end of the road for us,” said their retail manager Mukhethwa Nyase.

FOR them it was about bringing families together and spreading some goodwill on Mandela Day.

Bet.Co.Za in Alberton Mall more than went the extra mile with their visit to Stepping Stone Hospice & Care Services in Alberton.

Not only did they volunteer to paint the recently donated Jojo tank, but handed over food parcels to some of the hospice’s patients in the In-Patient Unit. They even went so far as to send food parcels out to patients in the community and fetched families of patients to come and receive some food parcels.

“This is not the end of the road for us,” said their retail manager Mukhethwa Nyase.

“We now understand the need at the hospice and we want to walk a road with them and reach out and help wherever and whenever we can.”
