‘I am glad that all of the teachers are safe’

I am writing this letter after the recent incidents of students stuck in China as well as the teacher from Alberton who was in prison for 16 days.

I am writing this letter after the recent incidents of students stuck in China as well as the teacher from Alberton who was in prison for 16 days.

This made me think twice about looking for a job overseas. Even though it is very difficult to find a job in our own country, I will keep all the facts in mind when I ever think again about going overseas.

I don’t think the young ones realise what can actually happen and I mean then you are in another country. I feel sorry for what happened to these teachers, but I am also so glad that they are back home and that they are all alright.
