HOËRSKOOL Marais Viljoen has an important notice for parents or guardians of 2019 Grade Eight learners.
After you have applied online you have to come to the school and fill in application forms and hand in documentation to facilitate the administrative process.
You have to hand in the following:
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Passport photo or ID photo of the learner.
• Copy of the learner’s school report of the first term of Grade Seven.
• Copy of parents/guardians IDs.
• Proof of residence.
• Copy of medical aid card (if you are on a medical aid).
Unfortunately, the school is not able to send out application forms electronically. Office hours for the administrative staff at the school are Mondays to Thursday, 7am till 3pm and Fridays from 7am till 2pm.
