MUSIC artist and diva, Petronel Baard, will give a wonderfully jazzy cabaret performance at Frida’s Coffee Bar, Albermarle, on May 13.
She will cover classic songs by timeless artists, including Shirley Bassey, Bette Milder, Diana Krall and Barbara Streisand, to name a few.
Her timeless voice and witty style is the ideal combination for great cabaret performances. This performance will be the ultimate cover show for lovers of great singers. With her virtuosity, stage presence and dramatic interpretations of well-known songs such as Never Never, Love Story, Autumn Leaves, Big Spender, as well as some of her own songs, she will leave the audience captivated.
Petronel will be accompanied by saxophone player Boesman Keyser. Together, they will dedicate this show to Mother’s Day. Everyone is invited and don’t forget to bring your mother along for a nice Sunday outing.
