THE Gym Company in Brackenhurst visited learners at Mini Fame Preschool. Lucky Tshabalala showed all the little people a very energetic workout.
He explained the importance of healthy living, which fitted in perfectly with the CAPS (curriculum and policy statement) curriculum.
Kyle Broncho and Thabo Chaka also joined in the fun, showing them how to exercise and pick up weights.
