‘Please help find my brother’

I am writing this as my last resort to try and find my brother. The last time I saw him was in 2000 – I’ve never seen or heard from him again since.

His name is Bennie “Benjamin” Starbuck, born August 6, 1973. He was also known as Whitey among his friends. He has short, blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of Casper the Friendly Ghost on his calf or ankle; I’m not sure which side. He also has a few other tattoos.

I know that he was last seen in Hillbrow in 2011 and the Hillbrow Inn in 2014. The police say they cannot help me so I’m trying to find him on my own.

If anyone knows him or saw him recently, please get in touch with me urgently on 076 534 2662. Please spread the word and help me find my brother.
