Kahn gets new wheels in Alberante

Kahn Morbee looks good in his new BMW.

ALBERANTE BMW has signed a three-month contract with Parlotones singer and one of The Voice SA’s coaches, Kahn Morbee.

BMW handed the keys of a brand new BMW Convoy to Kahn on Tuesday, August 30. On Facebook, Alberante BMW wrote: “Welcome to the #AlberanteBMW family Kahn Morbee – we wish you many happy miles in the #BMWMConvoy family”.

Some other BMWs from around Gauteng were there to show off their fancy four wheels.

The handover was scheduled at a perfect time, a week before the Festival of Motoring. BMW SA had a convoy of “M” range vehicles driving on the roads through Johannesburg to create a hype prior to the Festival of Motoring. They were driving to each of the “M” approved dealers, for the public to get a picture of the convoy and enter a competition that was broadcast on 94.7.

“This is an important year for us, as Alberante Motor Holdings is celebrating 30 years of turning dreamers into drivers,” said Trevor Thomas, corporate sales manager at Alberante Motor Holdings.

The holding company not only has BMW under them, but also GM, Opel, Chevrolet and Isuzu, as well as the Approved Repair Centre, which does repairs on all the major brands, and 0860 Accident.

“In celebrating, we as Alberante also wanted to celebrate the achievements of a young man in the world of music, who established the Parlotones in 1999 and, since then, has also moved to focus on his solo career, after many historic events and showcases, including the World Cup.

“Khan was also the winning judge of the first season of the Voice South Africa. We are proud to partner with Khan and our relationship has with it a few great surprises for our clients and his fans,” added Thomas.
