Stolen bakkies recovered on Sydney Road

The hunt is on for the owner of the house where the stolen vehicles were recovered.

The EMPD Eastern Region Task Team recovered three stolen bakkies from a Sydney Road home last Thursday during a crime- prevention operation.
Acting on a tip-off from concerned members of the community about suspicious vehicles parked at the house where doubtful characters are at times seen in and out during the early hours of the mornings, the EMPD crime fighting team responded and visited the house at 5.30pm and found it empty.
