Six runners from the Striders Athletics Club raised awareness for children with cancer by running every day during September.
The event was organised by Rainbows and Smiles, a community-based charity aimed at helping families with children who have cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

Club members Heather Griffin, Annie Arbuckle, Liesl Jacobs, Candice Hillcoat, Larissa Donker and Carol Wallace took part in the challenge and ran more than 1 000km combined.
Donker is proud of her team and their involvement in supporting a worthy cause.
