KwaThema – Gospel artist Jacob Simon Dube, known as Bra Sam, has made a comeback with the release of his new amapiano album, DJ Njalabezi.

Dube, whose first album was a kwaito album, says the transition wasn’t that difficult.

“Initially I started with kwaito music, therefore producing a dance album such as this one wasn’t that challenging.

“The album offers something for everyone.

“There are some songs mixed with rap freestyles,” says Dube.

The album was officially launched on January 17, with its lead single Qoma.

“The reason we decided to release Qoma as the lead single is because of the demand from the people.

“It has been doing great and is receiving airplay on local radio stations,” he says.

He adds that his gospel supporters shouldn’t be worried.
