You will need:
- 1kg sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed.
- Salt.
- Half a cup chicken stock.
- Two tablespoons butter.
- A quarter cup orange marmalade.
- Black pepper.
- A couple dashes hot sauce.

What to do:
Cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Salt water and cook potatoes for 12 to 15 minutes until tender. Drain the potatoes.
Return pot to the stove and warm stock over medium heat. Whisk in butter and marmalade. Add potatoes and mash.
Season with salt and pepper and a few dashes of hot sauce. Serve immediately.
