“People of all ages can enjoy my music especially those who love traditional gospel music will be able to relate to it”.

KwaThema – Gospel artist, Ntokozo Mncube (21) is ready to make a mark in the industry.

She says she uses her music to help heal those with broken hearts and those who have lost hope.

The 21 year-old says she lives and breathes gospel music.

“I started singing when I was eight, in church and school, and as I grew older I became more and more close to music and grew into it.

“Even though it has not been an easy journey I braved through to date.

“I grew even more in gospel music after losing both my parents at a young age.

“I started singing for corporate events, in church and funerals,” she says.

“I am currently working on my single which will be released later this year.

“People from all ages can enjoy my music, especially those who love traditional gospel music will be able to relate to it,” she says.

Ntokozo says she encourages young people to follow their dreams even when those around them don’t support them.

“Not everyone will believe in your dreams, but that doesn’t mean they are not valid.

“You have to fight for them to become a reality,” she says.

“I am involved in the Christ The Leader Movement (CTLM) which is a newly developed organisation for local musicians in KwaThema.
