DVD: XXX: Return of Xander Cage

I’d like to mention I am a huge Vin Diesel fan and have probably watched every movie he has ever starred in.
That being said, this was one of his movies I enjoyed watching the least, leaving much to be desired.
I’ve been looking forward to the new XXX movie since learning of its release as I rather enjoy a good action film and appreciated the previous XXX releases.
The stunts and action scenes were too unrealistic for my taste and would have better suited the sci-fi genre.
The plot was doubtlessly one of the few reasons I was entertained throughout the movie, with a few unexpected plot twists.
As the usual applies – an evil villain attempting to control the world with the unbeatable hero putting a stop to them – a few exciting events kept the movie interesting.
There are a few well-known faces making an appearance, adding a fresh angle to the movie.
If you’re looking for a moderate action movie, XXX: Return of Xander Cage wouldn’t be the worst choice and even enjoyable to a degree.
It’s worth a try.
