Kenny Rogers says farewell at Carnival

Seats for Kenny Rogers’ upcoming shows at Carnival City, on June 15 and 16 are filling up quickly.

The Grammy Award-winning country superstar will be taking to the stage in the Big Top Arena for his Farewell South Africa Tour, for two nights only.

Carnival City promises a spectacular show, with South African country legends ”Big Daddy” Lance James, ”Queen of Country” Barbara Ray, ”Midnight Cowboy” Clive Bruce and ”The Killer” Tommy Dell also in the line-up.

The first country artist to consistently sell out arenas, Rogers has played to millions of fans around the world, performing songs from his 24 Number One hits, including The Gambler, Islands In The Stream, She Believes In Me, Ruby, Don’t Take Your Love To Town, and We’ve Got Tonight.

The enduring Country Music Hall of Fame member and pop superstar has endeared himself to music lovers around the globe with his songs, heartfelt performances, distinctive voice, gift for storytelling and universal appeal.

He has sold more than 120 million albums worldwide, making him one of the Top 10 Best Selling Male Artists of All Time.
