One of the local musicians on the bill is HunTer and the Addie and African Reporter team is excited to be partnered with this talented artist.
HunTer is a passionate, super-talented, singer, song-writer and her rich, vocal versatility as a performer has entertained audiences since she was 16.
HunTer has recorded four albums with her latest album, “Halfway Around The World”, described as her soul work as she wrote most of the songs herself.
HunTer says that through writing songs she can share and express herself better, as music is a universal language every soul understands and can connect.
The message in each song appeals to music lovers, from rock to country, jazz and pop lovers.
The title track “Halfway Around The World”, hit the Top 40 charts on East Rand Stereo in February 2014, making its way from number 39 to number 10.
This song is currently also on Kosmos stereo as well as 102.2 IFM Top 30 charts (currently) at number 23.
She sold 800 albums between December and March.
