Kwatsaduza – The Kwa-Thema women’s cricket team travelled to Duduza on Saturday to face the Duduza women’s cricket team at the Douglas Sithebe Oval.
Kwa-Thema won by 53 runs after winning the toss and electing to bat first. They scored 131 runs in 17.1 overs.
Mpumelelo Mashiloane batted 76 runs. Batter Nonkululeko Mahlangu made six runs and bowled 5.1 overs with one maiden, 22 runs and five wickets.
Duduza couldn’t chase the score as they batted 78 runs and were all out after 20.3 overs.
Zinhle Nhlapho from Duduza got four wickets.
