Langaville – With the Tsakane Build It Premier Cup continuing, the games have reached the quarter-final stages, playing in two legs.
The competition continued on Sunday in their first leg of the quarter-finals at the Ext One Ground in Langaville.
The results for the eight teams still in the running for the prize were:
- Bazingeli 2 – 1 All Nation
- Geluksdal 5 – 1 Yebo Yes
- Brothers Masters 1 – 1 Amabhubezi
- PCF 2 – 2 Duduza XI
It’s a tricky situation between Brothers, Amabhubezi, PCF and Duduza because they drew in their games. PCF and Brothers will play as away teams next Sunday, with Amabhubezi and Duduza playing as home teams.
The former teams will have to play hard to win the games. Bazingeli and Geluksdal will have to defend their current positions.
The Chicken and Meat Co voucher winners were:
- Jimmy ‘Jim-Carry’ Radebe – an All-Nation midfielder.
- Makefa ‘Chukwu’ Mopane – a Geluksdal striker.
- Sifiso ‘Zulu’ Khumalo – a Brothers striker.
- Mzwandile ‘Ace’ Ndlngamandla – a Duduza XI midfielder.
The second leg will continue at 10:00 on Sunday at the Esgodi Ground in Zamani, Duduza.
