Players sought by local team

The club is looking for new players for their u-15 development programme.

Tsakani – PCF Ladies FC is looking for new players to join their team.
The team is participating in the Ekurhuleni Women’s Regional League.
Their first appearance in the league was on April 4 at Tsakani Stadium, which resulted in a 3-2 loss against Sunrise Real Madrid FC.
They won their Saturday match against Mnisi United by 7-2, which took place in Eden Park.
Head coach Sello Alex Bottoman said they want to start a new division.

“We are excited for our players to be partaking in this league.
“When it comes to soccer, anything is possible. We didn’t do well with our first game but managed to bounce back.
“The team remains committed to working hard and utilising this platform to our best abilities.”
The club is looking for new players for their u-15 development programme.
“We are encouraging young girls from the age of 11 to 14 for our new development programme.
“This expansion is part of development and sustainability on our part while providing a platform for young girls in the community to do what they love,” he explained.

The team is requesting support from the community.
“We have financial challenges, which we would like the community and parents to assist us with.
“We have been trying to raise funds, but we believe their help would make a huge difference.
“Booking the stadium requires money, as well as transportation for our away-games.
“There are also fees for the referees who officiate our games.
“As a team, we cannot afford to leave a player behind because they do not have the required amount for transport, which is why we are pleading with the community to assist where possible,” he added.
