Tournament cancelled until next year

No Juluka 11 Easter Games for 2020

Kwa-Thema – The Juluka 11 Easter Games have been postponed to next year.

This was confirmed by tournament organiser Lucky Mahlangu.

The tournament was scheduled to take place over the Easter Holidays, from April 10 to 13, but was postponed due to Covid-19.

“As management we decided to cancel the tournament along with related activities for the rest of the year.

“The plan was to use the four public holidays over that period, which we now don’t have.

“The tournament was to be held at Tlakula Sport Ground, which as one of the biggest grounds in Kwa-Thema has produced professional players who have gone to play for the national team.

“We plan to come back stronger and bigger next year,” said Mahlangu.

The organisers are planning to bring talent scouts to next year’s tournament.
